Bournemouth star Tyrone Mings is looking to step up his rehabilitation from a back injury but still remains two months away from full fitness.
The 24-year-old has not featured for Bournemouth since picking up a back injury against Arsenal two months ago and the defender has now revealed that while he is looking to step up his recovery process, he still remains two months away from returning to action.
Mings told the Daily Echo: “I’m looking to get back in the next month or two. As long as that continues to be a steady process, I should be fine and, hopefully, there will be no setbacks.
“I’m into the rehab phase now and, hopefully, I will start running in the next few days.
“As long as there is no reaction and it doesn’t flare up again, we should be fine to move on to the next stage. It’s difficult to know timescales because it really depends on how I react to the next thing.”
