Saint-Etienne defender Benjamin Karamoko has signed a three-year deal with Norwegian club FK Haugesund.

The 22-year-old managed seven first-team appearances for Les Verts in all competitions having come through the youth system and has been allowed to move on with immediate effect three months before the end of his contract.

Alexander Söderlund, who left Saint-Etienne to rejoin Rosenborg in the winter window, facilitated Karamoko’s move to the club that represents the town the striker Söderlund hails from.
