Manchester United are growing confident of securing a deal for Marouane Fellaini.

The Sun says he is closing in on a new contract at United.

United fear they will have to hand him a huge pay-rise to keep him at the club.

The 29-year-old, who is out of contract in the summer, earns £80,000-a-week on his current deal.

But United will likely have to offer £130,000-a-week to convince him to stay.

Negotiations started a few weeks ago and are moving along quickly.
