Brittany club EA Guingamp have clinched the signature of DR Congo international midfielder Yeni Ngbakoto from Queens Park Rangers.

EA Guingamp have announced the signing of midfielder Yeni Ngbakoto on a three-and-a-half-year deal, the DR Congo international midfielder making his return to France after two seasons with Championship side Queens Park Rangers.

A product of the FC Metz youth system and a former France youth international, Ngbakoto made 185 appearances (44 goals) between 2009 and 2016 before crossing the Channel to London. It has been years in the making, you could say. I have wanted to sign for this club for a long time and today we did the deal, so I’m very happy.”
