PSG intermediaries have informed Manchester United they’re interested in Alexis Sanchez.

However, the French giants have also insisted the deal will have to be done at a major loss on Alexis’ side.

The Chile international will have to accept a hefty pay-cut to make the move, while United would also need to accept little more than a nominal fee if they want to get him off their books.

PSG management are keen, but will not risk upsetting UEFA authorities over Financial Fair Play concerns with the club’s spending under the microscope.

But knowing Alexis will be free to play in the second-half of the Champions League makes him an attractive option – if their suggested sacrifices are made.
