RB Leipzig are resigned to selling Dayot Upamecano – and expect to hear from Arsenal again.
Kicker says the Gunners offered €60m for Upamecano this past summer – which fell €20m short of the player’s buyout clause and was subsequently turned down.
However, there’s now an acceptance the best price they’ll get for the youngster next year is that same €60m fee.
Arsenal will try again, but will face competition from Manchester United and Manchester City for the stopper.
RBL will make an attempt to secure Upamecano to new terms, though accept the most likely scenario is a sale.
