Toulouse coach Pascal Dupraz will not be at Saint-Etienne on Sunday afternoon after suffering a malaise.
Dupraz, who has a history of heart problems, will leave command of the first-team to his assistant Mickaël Debève. A TFC communiqué stated: “Pascal Dupraz suffered a feeling of malaise after some physical effort. As a precaution, the medical staff decided he needed to undergo tests.”
Later on twitter Dupraz wrote: “I’m fine, I was just hit by huge fatigue. Thanks for all your messages. I’ll be back at the start of the week! I’ll be watching the game.”
