Alisher Usmanov could sell up at Arsenal and invest in Everton, it has been revealed.

Reports suggest Stan Kroenke’s Kroenke Sports Enterprise UK are set to offer some £525 million to buy the 18,695 shares held by Usmanov’s Red and White Securities Limited.

The Mirror says there’s now suggestions Usmanov could sell up and join Farsad Moshiri in investing in Everton.

The Iranian businessman, who purchased a 49.9 per cent stake in the club in February 2016, was originally with the Gunners before selling his shares to invest in the Merseyside club.
